FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of August, 1980
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
f

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows
1. The marriage between Stephen Craig Sample and Trula M. ~

j Sample be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby foever freed from the bonds of matrimony
i
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
i
~ arising therefrom.
2. Custody of April Adair Sample and Stephen Scott Sample,
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to Trula M.
3 Sample with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Stephen
Craig Sample. Commencing the 4th day of August, 1980,Stephen Craig
Sample shall pay~to Trula M. Sample the sum of one hundred dollars
each and every week for the support of the children above named.

Each payment shall be made to this Court of this Court and F
by him remitted promptly to Trula M. Sample. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to }

} each payment made to the Clerk. .All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
