GERBER, ) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE Husband. ) This cause came on for trial the 4th day of August, 19 80, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever. freed from the bonds of matrimony here- ; tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. E 2. CUSTODY: Custody of ELIZABETH GERBER, age 7, born March 21, ~ 1973, and HAROLD P. GERBER, JR., age 4, born February 26, 1976, minor child(ren) of the parties, is, hereby awarded to Petitioner, DIANE H. GERBER, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent, HAROLD P. GERBER. 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 8th day of August 19 80 , ER DIANE H. GERBER HAROLD P. GERB shall pay to the sum of $ 50.00 -per week for the support of the child(ren) ~ named above. - Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and t by him remitted promptly to DIANE H. C~ItBER, 274 Dabney Dr., Port St. Lucie, FL 33452. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
