Zhis cause carne on for trial this 4th day of August, 1980, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: Tbis
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERID AND AD~TUDG'ED as follows
1. DISSOIITTION OF MARRIA(.~: Tt~e marriage between the above named persons

be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed frooa the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTiODY: Custody of RIGI~ARD T. MILLER, age 8, born August 22, 1971,
and PATRICIA A. I~QIdER, age 7, born June 23, 1973, minor children of the parties,
is hereby awarded to Petitioner, NORA B. MII,IER, with reasonable rights of
visitation, in the presence of the Petitioner, reserved to Respondent, RICHARD

shall pay to NORA B. MILIER the sum of $50.00 per week per child for the support
of the minor children.
R Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted

promptly to NORA B. MILLER, 568 S.E. Brookside Terrace, Port St. Lucie, FL 33452.

In addition there is hereby assessed the scan of $2.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.. All payments shall be made in ~
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this Order is in effect.
