This cause came on=for trial the 4th day of August, 1980, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. .
It is thereupon
ORDERID AMID ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLiTPION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
fran the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of LIl~IDA B. HIlIP0N, age 12, born March 29, 1968, minor

child of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, JESSICA HINTON, with

reasonable visitation rights reserved t ~pondent,
~ Custody of CHARLIE , -age 15, born August 3, 1965, and
MELISSA H. HIlJDON, age 8, born December 4, 1971, minor children of the parties,
is hereby awarded to Respondent, CHARLES E. HINPON, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to Petitioner, JESSICA HINiiON.
3. SIIPP'OIrT: Commencing the 8th day of August, 1980, CHARIES E. NTNPON

shall pay to JESSICA HIl~TPDIV the sum of $100.00 per month for the support of the
minor child, LIlVDA B. HINPON.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to JESSICA HIlIPON, 4808 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce, FL 33450.
