This cause came on for trial the 4th day of August,
19 80 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, .finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and. subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named
persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimon heretofore

existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of TAMARA S. MORGAN, age 4, born March S,
~ 1976, and RENALDO D. MORGAN, age 2, born June 20, 1978,

minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded mutually to Petitioner

and Respondent with reasonable visitation rights '
reserved to each:Qther.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 8th day of August , 19.80,
RONALD S. MORGAN shall pay to STEPHENIE J. MORGAN
the sum of $ 50:00 per week for the support of the child(ren)
named above. -

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to S'IEPE~TIE J. MORGAN, 165 Treasure St., Merritt Island,
FL 32952.
I In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
