FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF IAGE
This cause came on for trial this date, August 4, 1980, ;
and the Court, having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and detenaines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be '
dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MONTE
CARLOS GRIFFIN and SHARON LEE GRIFFIN be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever $
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and `
the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
