to it in hand paid by First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Augusta

whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents does grant,
bargained sold, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party
of the Second Part ninety percent (90$) interest in those certain 4
mortgages as follows:
1) Mortgage dated the 14th of April, 1980 given by Paul J. Katzan
and Jean A. Ketzan, h/w to First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Martin County, a United States Corporation, authorized to do
business in the State of Florida, and recorded on April 24, 1980
in OR Book 330, at Page 146 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County
encumbering the following described property, to-wit:
Unit 210, in Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, According to
the Declaration of Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront Condominium i
II, recorded in Official Records Book 327, Pages 1684 Et. Seq.,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with an
undivided share in the common elements appurtenant to such
unit and all other appurtenances to such unit as set forth
in the Declaration of condominium.
2) Mortgage dated the 25th of April, 1980 given by Edwin C.
Woodburn and Robbie H. Woodburn, h/w to First Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Martin County, a United States Corporation,
authorized to do business in the State of Florida, and recorded
on May 7, 1980 in OR Book 330, at Page 2658 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County encumbering the following described property,
to-wit:
Unit 1010 in Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, According to
the Declaration of Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront Condominium
I II recorded in Official Records Book 327, Pages 1684, Et. Seq.,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (the "Declaration
of Condominium") together with an undivided share in the
common elements appurtenant to such unit and all other -
appurtenances to such units as set forth in the Declaration
of Condominium.
and also the note or obligation described in said mortgage and the
