STIPULATION
COMES NOW, the parties to this action and stipulate and
agree to the following terms and conditions as full settlement of
all issues presently before this Court:
1. That the Decree of the First Judicial Circuit of
Alexander County, Illinois, dated March 21, 1972, Case No. 72-D-10,
be domesticated and reduced to a Florida Judgment in this action.
2. That said Judgment be modified to provide $150.00 per
month as and for child support. Said payment's shall be made payable
through the Clerk of the Circuit Court plus a $2.00 statutory fee.
3. That the Father shall pay a lump sum of $1,000.00 as
and for full payment and satisfaction of any and all arrearages in
j child support payments which are, or may be, due and owing as of the
k date of this agreement under the Illinois decree or the Florida decree
since Mardi 21, 1972. Said payments shall be due and payable upon

the entry of the Order entered pursuant to this agreement.

4. One year from the date of the Order entered pursuant to
this agreement, the amount of child support payable shall be automatically
modified to $175.00 per month payable as set forth in Paragraph No. 2.
~ 5. The Plaintiff, CAROLS ANNE OWEN a/k/a CAROLS ANNE LAMONT,
hereby stipulates and agrees that she will never take any action or
cooperate with any governmental agency or any other person to obtain
a modification of the child support set forth in this agreement.
Nothing herein shall hinder or otherwise prohibit enforcement by the
