AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA )

COUNTY OF BROWARD )
BEFORE MS, the undersigned authority, personally appeared JAMES
M.~HARRIS, who, after being duly sworn, deposits and says:
1. Affiant was one of the previous owners of the following
described property:
The North 1/2 of Lots 5 and 6, and all .of Lot
7, in Block 3, of MODEL LAND COMPANY'S SUB-
DIVISION, of Section 15, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 41, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The following liens have been brought to Affiant's attention:
(a) Final Judgment in favor of Southern Bell Telephone
and Telegraph Co., in the amount of $109.90, and
recorded in Official Records Book 218 at Page 1868,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(b) Notice of Lien filed October 11, 1967, in the amount
of $941.05, recorded in Official Records Book 168 at
Page 1946, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. Affiant has not resided in St. Lucie County, has never
availed himself of hospital or medical services, as stated in the
lien, nor has Affiant been involved in any litigation with Southern
Bell Telephone and Telegraph Co.
4. Accordingly, Affiant is not the same James Harris as
~ mentioned in the above hospital lien and judgment.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
