D., 1980, and the Court having given full con- ~ sideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this• Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter i of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now ~ I I' exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. - i; It is, thereupon, } ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the marriage between PATRICIA LYNN NARPOLD, I~ F ] and ROBEFT DALE HARPOLD, be and the same is hereby dissolved, ji! and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed E from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them ~ and from`the obligations arising therefrom. i 2. Primary custody of JAMES ALAN HARPOLD and KIMBERLY SUE HARPOLD, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to PATRICIA LYNN HARPOLD, with reasonable visitation rights a ~ ~ reserved to ROBERT DALE HARPOLD. 3. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement ~ executed by the parties on the ~ day of August, A.
