j THIS CAUSE came on for trial this day of
August, A. D., 1980, and the Court having given full con- ~
sideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this•
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter
i of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now ~
I
I' exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
- i; It is, thereupon,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the marriage between PATRICIA LYNN NARPOLD,

and ROBEFT DALE HARPOLD, be and the same is hereby dissolved, ji!
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed

from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them ~
and from`the obligations arising therefrom.

2. Primary custody of JAMES ALAN HARPOLD and KIMBERLY
SUE HARPOLD, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded
to PATRICIA LYNN HARPOLD, with reasonable visitation rights
a ~
~ reserved to ROBERT DALE HARPOLD.
3. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
~ executed by the parties on the ~ day of August, A. D., ; .

_ 1980, and introduced into evidence marked the Wife's Exhibit
"A", was freely entered into by the parties after a full i
disclosure and under the circumstances it appears from the
evidence to be in the best interest of the parties and their
' minor children, and in its entirety, the Separation and ~ ~ ;
