FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE CASE N0. 80-719 FR ~
Property Settlement Agreement is incorporated by reference
into this Judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply
with all terms of the Agreement.
4. The Husband and Wife be and they are hereby ( +
mutually restrained and prohibited from harassing, molesting, j
threatening, disturbing or striking each other in any way
whatsoever or attempting to do any of the said things at the
parties' place of residence or otherwise. The Sheriff of
St. Lucie County and his duly authorized deputies are hereby ~
( ordered to enforce the terms of_this restraining order upon
~ notice and Affidavit signed by either party that this re-
i
straining order is being violated.
5. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto

( is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be
proper.
