THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has jurisdic-
tion of the subject matter, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner PATSY
KUDLAK and Respondent, PAUL JAMES KUDLAK, are dissolved because th
marriage is irretrievably broken.
3. That the~Property Settlement Agreement between the
parties, introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's
Exhibit ~1, was executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is

for the best interest of the parties and is hereby approved and
~i
incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the parties
i
are hereby ordered to comply with same.
4. That there is no personal property to be divided
between the parties except the following: A 1977 Pontiac Grand
a
~ Prix automobile currently in the•Wife's name. Said vehicle shall j
i
be the exclusive property of the Wife, however the Husband shall
~ make all payments to pay off the loan against said automobile, said
loan being with the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County. The Husband shal
i
s continue to make such payments until the vehicle is paid for in ful
x
5. Restraining Order- Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoy-
;
i
ing the other.

6. Jurisdiction- Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
