ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard on August 4, 1980, upon the Defendant's oral
motion for visitation with his minor child, SHERON YVONNE CARSON, d.o.b. 11/5/77,
and the Court having heard testimony of the Defendant and being otherwise
fully and well advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the mother, DIANE JOHNSON, shall and she
is hereby ordered to allow the Defendant to visit with the minor child and to
take the minor child to his bane two weekends per month which weekend shall

i commence at 4:00 P.M. Friday until 4:00 P.M. Sunday. The Defendant shall and
he is hereby ordered to give DIANE JOHNSON twenty-four (24) hours notice of

his intention to exercise his visitation rights.
