THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the Plaintiff's oral Motion to
Compel the Defendant, LEVON THOMAS, to submit to HLA blood tests for the ~
determination of paternity of the minor child, XAVIER BROWN, and the Court
having heard testimony and argument of counsel and being otherwise fully
and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, LEVON THOMAS, the natural
mother, ROSA A. BROWN, and the minor child, XAVIER BROWN, d.o.b. 8/29/72,
shall and they are hereby ordered to submit to HLA blood testing for the

determination of paternity on or before September 9, 1980.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
