testiwony and/or considered the pleadings, papers, affidavits and. other papers

ORDEI:ED AND ADJUDGED that the e?inor child(ren)
CHRISTOPHER TRUDELL, d.o.b. 8/26/75
is/are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of the Defendant
FRANCIS CONRAD and MARY ELLEN TRUDELL
the natural ewther; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother,
MARY ELLEN TRUDELL , shall nave custody of the said child(ren)
subject to the Defendant s right of reasonable visttAtion; it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that co~nencing on AUGUST 11 , 1980,
the Defendant/Father shall pay child s~cpport for and on behalf of the said child(ren)
in tl~e amount of S 10.00 per week plus $2.00 statutory fee -
until the AFDC is reimbursed in the amount of $1920.50
All payment shall be made in cash. money order or cashiers check.• All monev orders •
j and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security Number and shall

Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
~ Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that tt?e Clerk rf the Circu[t Court shall and is -
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received frow the Defendant
} until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments fros
