advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion to Vacate
Default shall be and it is hereby granted and the default entered
on May 30, 1980, is hereby set aside.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
