Z1. lPLture Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this Mortgage, may
make Pliturs Advance oo Borrower. Such PLture Advaaoes. with interest thereon, shall be securod by this Mortgage when evidenced by

22 Release. Upon payment o! all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge to Borrower.
