WARRANT Y D E E D ~
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made, the day of August, 1980, by
JOSEPH W. LEE, SR., individually and as Attorney in fact for EARL L. LEE,
EMMA L. FOX, GRACE E. PRYOR, ANNA B. HEPBURN, BERTHA Y. HELLY, GRADY E.
LEE, ANNIE GRACE ~dANN and RQDNEY LEE, hereinafter called the Grantor, to
EUGENE BOATWRIGHT and HOSELY GIBBON, whose postoffice address is
P.O. Box 591, Fort Pierce, Florida (33450), hereinafter called the Grantees:
. WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the Grantees, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 7 and 8, and West 5 feet of vacated alley adjacent
on East, Block N, ALAMANDA VISTA SUBDIVISION, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 49 of
the public records of S~. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantees that the
Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantor
has good -right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that
the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that
said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, 1979.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has signed and sealed these
presents the day and year first above written. -
