SUMMARY JUDGMBNT THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me upon Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment and after having reviewed the file and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore, a ORDERED and ADJUDGED that: 1. Plaintiffs, JAY SCflMERLER and SONDRA SCHMERLER, his wife, and MILTON SBNFELD and BARBARA SSNFELD, his wife, are due s $10,750.00 as principal, $1,924.25 as interest (per diem of $5.27 F after July 5, 1980), costs of $51.00, late charges of $149.81, advances to first mortgage of $4,392.56, interest on advances~of - ~ $263.55, and attorney fees of $1,000.00, making a total of 1 { ~ ' $18,531.17. s I 2. Plaintiffs hold a lien for the total sum superior to any claim or estate of Defendant CHARLES A. YEAGBR and ARLENE F. YEAGBR, his wife. 3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this judgment are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale on August 26, 1980, at 11:00 A.M. to-the highest bidder for cash, except as set _ ~ forth hereinafter, at the lobby of the Courthouse in St. Lucie County, Florida in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. _ 4.
