That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Ibllars (610.00) and other good and valuable considerations to them
in hand paid by the said Party(s) of the Second Part, the receipt ~fiereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to said Party(s)
of the Second Part, heirs and assigns forever, the following described real
property, located and situate in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
as follows:
Condominium Parcel No. 7113 of CATAMARAN II, a

This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(s)
of the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, ease-
ments and other matters of record; however, this reference
shall not operate to reimpose any of the same.
• 3. The Declaration of Condominium and ExN3bits attached thereto.
' 4. The Articles of incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of
Covenants and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's
Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit coloration, the
provisions of which documents run with the land. The Grantee(s)
assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's
Association.'
