respect to the Ikclarntion of Condominiton as to the conduminicmt in which his tuiit is
located and Exh_ihits attached thereto, including but not linvited to (~~lrether the same are
attached to the lk:c.laration or referred to therein), the By-L;rws of the Association,
Articles of Incorl)oration, the Rules and I:egulations, copy of projected operating budget,
copy of sales brochure ;utd floor plan of :op;rrtnrent purchased by purchaser, and all Anrend-
meats to the aforesaid lkclaration and I:X1,ihits and the Articles of lnco~l~oration, Ay-l.~aws
and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (>terms' .L~sociation; and
Purchaser further aC1:rtOWledgCS receipt of and reading and ex;unination of said Dkclaration,
its Exhibits, acrd budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and rrkvtagement
of the Condominium property and is in the best .interests ;uid for the benefit of all the
owners therein, Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforeciescrihed Condominium
covenant and agree to abide by each and e~~ery provisior? of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto, 1'rn•chaser hereby ratifies arrcl confirms ;tad approves all
of the terms and provisions of said lk~claration of C~)nclominirnn and Exhibits attached
thereto, ~v~d agrees that the :issessn!ent under the Property Ot,~ters' Association docunrents
referred to above acid the pmv.isions thereof arc rcasonahic, fair and equitable, and
said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that. the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
of the Property Uaners' ~~sociation has cnc~unbcred and irrq~ressed a lien upon the Condo-
minium parcel being conveyed to I'u~Yhaser, as security for his obligations under the
said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Garters' Association and
said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to dre Property Garters' Association as to his
condominium parcel, Purchaser confirm that all warranties, representations and induce-
ments, if any, are as contained in the al'uresaid Ikclaration of Condontinitun and Exhibits
attached thereto, and the c.0!ID)rort expenses and the stuns due under the I'ropcrty Ot,~iers'
Association ;und other cltarges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or
intended nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically warranted or
guaranteed in sail Declaration of Condominimn and the Exhibits attached thereto.
