BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
ROBERT P. SHARKEY who, after being first duly sworn, upon his '
oath deposes and says:
1. That he has personal knowledge of all the facts stated
herein.
2. That he resides at 7504 Citrus Park Boulevard, Fort
Pierce, Florida, 33450.
3. That he and LOIS H. SHARKEY were married on or about
January 18, 1941 and that said marital relationship was continuous
and without interruption until the date of the said LOIS H.
SHARKEY's death on or about January 19, 1979; and further affiant
sayeth not. ~
