12. The Mortgagor has under the other provisions of this Morppg and does hereby assign to the Mortgagee the rants of the Property.

the court having jurisdiction thereof for the appointment of a receiver of the property and all of the rent, rncomes. profits. issues and revenues
thereof from whatever soura derived and the court shaA torthwith appoint such receiver with the usual duties and wen of reeeiven is like
