ASSOCIATION, INC. , anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORP,
TION, LA KEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDR IO
G~ORFORATION, said Assignment neing recorded In Off[cial Record Book 186,
Page 20~i5 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit flied against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivlslon, for nonpayment of maintenance -
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record gook 294
Page 1b1R ,Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 12 Block 137 Unit 11
in the name of
