Qunatico, Virginia 22135, do nominate, appoint and constitute BARBARA A.
DAMS, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, to be my agent and true and lawful
attorney to act in and do for me, in my name and on my behalf, the

St. Lucie, State of Florida:

Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 31, of the Public

for such price and to such person or persons as she shall deem proper and

of conveyance for the absolute sale and disposal thereof, with such clause

therein contained, as he shall deem proper and expedient.
