JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, pace 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
ationiy paid, r eipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on
this da of 1980, releases from the lien of -that

and an undivided 1/47 share in those common elements appur-
tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of .that

as recorded in Official Records Book 332, page 1436, and as
amended in Official Records Book 332, page 1501, all in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
