AC1Q~lOWLEDGMBNT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of tha Declaration of Condosiniva '
described above, including the provisions Af all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions: the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablef the Grantee hereby ia~resses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condomini~ and its exhibitst and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and ~
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,!
representations and inducements conoerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
IN WITNESS WHBRNOF, the Grantees have hereunto set their hands and seals this
