MORTGAGE ASSIGNMENT
This will serve to assign a certain second mortgage dated
August, 1st, 1980 between William 8. Gordon and Leslie L. Gordon,
his wife, mortgagors; and Stanley Huddleston and Diana L. Huddleston
his wife, mortgagees; to Paul Combs and Loraine Combs, his wife.
This assignment is only up to the amount necessary to cover
~ the amount of principal and interest specified on the accompanying .
note; and/or any future notes which may be issued to the Combs
under this assignment.
