PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~y~ay of July, 1980, between DONALD J.
PETRINE, as Personal Representative of the Estate of PATRICIA A. PETRINE, Deceased,
party of the first part and DAVID W. ACKER, party of the second part: ~ ~

WITNESSETH
The party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, t
remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the parties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns forever, the real prope~y in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as:
- Lot 8, less the West 5 feet thereof, Block 2, WYLDWOOD PARK
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book S,
Page 54, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns, in fee simple forever.

AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the parties of
the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in
and about this conveyance the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with
' in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, as Personal Representative
