of the Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Floridan pursuant
to payment of Final Judgment dated 9 July 1980 for and in consider-
ation of the sum of $150.00 (One Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars)
DO Hereby Release and Discharge in full compromise settlement any and
all property, real, personal or otherwise, now owned or hereafter
to be acquired, from the lien, operation and effect of that certain
estreature of bail bond in the County Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, on 3 April 19&0 and Final Judgment as recorded in The Official
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Book 334 Page 1491, by the State
of Florida for the use and benefit of St. Lucie County, Florida, against
'i Charles A. Lamont, Palm Beach Bonding Company, Ltd., and International
~ Fidelity Insurance Company.
