upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of
the respective parties hereto. The Crantor does hereby fillly warrant
the title to all the premises hereby conveyed. against all and every
person(s) whomsoever, la~rfully claiming by, through or under the
Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
such persons claiming by, through or under the said Grantor.
