The undersigned, as guardian of the person and property
of DENISE G. MAHEURON ,incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no longer exists by reason of the fact
that the ward is now sui iuris and the property exhausted, as
shown on the Annual Returns filed in 1978 and 1979.
