TO
PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION•
The petitioner, LOIS HARDEGREE, herewith files her amendment to Petition
for Administration amending Paragraph 3 thereof to include an additional heir of
the decedent and says:
1. That your petitioner has heretofore been appointed Personal Representative
of the above styled estate and Letters of Administration were issued to your Petitioner
on January 15, 1980 by the Probate Division Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That subsequent to the issuance of said Letters of Administration it
has been determined that there is an additional beneficiary of the estate to wit:
CHRISTINE ROUNDTREE TAGUE; said CHRISTINE ROUNDTREE TAGUE is the sole surviving
lineal descendant of Earl Roundtree, the deceased son of Solon Roundtree, a deceased
` brother of the decedent; that under the provisions of Florida Statutes 732.102 (3)
the address of said Christine Roundtree Tague is 4444 West Octillo, Glendale, Airzona,
4 85305, her relationship to the decedent being a great niece and her age being legal.
Under penalities of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing and the facts

alleged are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. '
