PETITION FOR ORDER CONFIRMIi1G SALE
` Petitioner, as Personal Representative of the above Es-
tate, respectfully alleges to the Court as follows:
1. Part of the assets of the Estate consists of:
Lot 2, Block 2 of SANDRA COURT, and
the West 6 feet of abandoned alley ad-
jacent thereto, according to the Plat ~
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, at
Page 45 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida
2. The Petitioner considers that it is expedient, neces-
sary and to the best interest of the Estate to sell the above-
described real property in order. to facilitate distribution of
the assets of the estate.
3. A signed contract for sale has been obtained and a
sale has been negotiated for $20,000.00 cash to Juanita Taylor,
312 N. 28th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida 44350
4. Eugene A. Kane, Edward M. Solomon, Michael M. Kane,
Dr. Sheldon J. Solomon, Mary Ellen Winston, Elayne Bardouche,
Ethel Hillel and Jean Chaffee, the heirs of the above decedent,
have filed with the Court their written Consent and Waiver of
Notice of Sale of the property described above.

WHEREFORE, the Petitioner asks for an Order Confirming
the sale of the above-described property upon the terms and con-
! ditions set forth above.
