The petition of BARBARA ANN AVERY and CHARLES EUGENE
AVERY for the appointment of a guardian of the person of
RICHARD EUGENE AVERY coming on this day to be heard and it
appearing to the Court that said person is incompetent in that
tie is under the age of eighteen and that it is necessary
for a guardian to be appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction
and being fully adivsed, it is
ADJUDGED that BARBARA ANN AVERY and CHARLES EUGENE
AVERY are hereby appointed as guardians of the person of RICHARD
EUGENE AVERY, incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that BARBARA ANN AVERY and CHARLES

EUGENE AVERY are not required to file a bond since this is a

guardianship of the person of RICHARD EUGENE AVERY and the
total value of the incompetent's assets is $0.00.
