LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP
OF THE PERSON
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, BARBARA ANN AVERY and CHARLES EUGENE AVERY
have been apointed guardians of the person of RICHARD EUGENE
AVERY, incompetent, and have taken the prescribed oath and
performed all other acts necessary to qualify as such guardian:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned judge of the above
entitled court-, declare BARBARA ANN AVERY and CHARLES EUGENE
AVERY duly qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to
act as the guardians of the person of RICHARD EUGENE AVERY,
incompetent, with full power to have the care, custody, and
control of said incompetent.
