3. Decedent, EUGENIO HERNAN DONOSO-MUNOZ, a/k/a EUGENIO
H.~MUNOZ DONOSO, whose last known address was Route 4, Box
287, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on February 22, 1978 at Fort
Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida.

I 4. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
' and the ages of any who are minors are: TERESA MUNOZ MUNOZ,

mother, Santa Teresa No. 749, Santiago, Chile.
5. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent died while a resident of and possessed property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
