R. My said estate is to be divided into three (3) equal parts
and distributed one part each to the following persons:
1. MRB. J~HN~C. BROO~CS, now residing st 3050 Sunrise
Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida.
MRS. RAYMOND D. HARTYN, JR., (JAMB DIC1C80N BROOlCB
MART'Yrt) , now residing at 7803 l~ppo~nattox Drive,
College Station, Texas 77849.
3. MRB. M. R. JORNSON (8U8AN BROODS JOANSON), now
residing at 719 Rlkmont Drive, '!1.8:, Atlanta,
Georgia 30306.
Should any o! the foregoing three persons not be surviving at the
time o! this division, tha estate should go to such one or more
persons who are surviving at the time of the division.
FAURTRs A. I nominate, constitute and appoint, my son,
JOAN C. BROOKS, as Personal Representative of my estate. In the
event of the death, resignation, rmnoval or lailnre to quality or
serve of mY said son, I nominate, constitute and appoint St1SAN
BROOKS JAflNSON (NL'L3. M.R. JOHNSON), as she is a practicing attorney

in Atlanta, Georgia, to serve as alternate Personal Representative.

Personal Representative or his said alternate, in any jurisdiction,
to secure the tait~tul performance of the duties herein.
B. In the investment, administration and distribution of

provisions of 8eetions 733, 737 and 738 of the Florida Statutes,
1975, that are not otherwise in conflict with this instrument and
shall have all additional powers and protection granted by Statute
that are not in conflict with this instrument. In addition, and
not in limitation of any common law or statutory authority, and
