ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of Anna Cole for Summary Administration of the
estate of Donald Roger Cole, deceased, the court finding that the
decedent died on the 22nd day of June, 1980; that all interested
persons have been served proper notice of this hearing, or have waived
notice thereof; that the material allegations of the petition are true;
and that ar. Order of Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date July 13, 195?, and attested
by Sidney A. Sutton, Betty Murphy and Richard D. Sutton, together
with republication of will bearing date December 14, 1978, and attested
by j John C. Gu~:rriero and Donna D. Mack as subscribing and attesting
witnesses is admitted to probate according to law, as and for the last
will of the decedent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that there be immediate distribution of the
assets of the decedent as follows;

I ADJUDGED MURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the right.
ADJLTD~ED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding
property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other
orouerty of decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered to
comply with this order by paying, delivering, and transferring to those
y specified above the parts of the decedent's estate assi~,rned to them by
this order, and the persons so paying, delivering, or transferring
