THIS INDENTURE, made this ~S?1~ day of ~ , A. D. 1980, between
GEORGE BLOND and HELEN BLOND, his wife, as an estate by the entirety, whose mailing
address is 28036 Harwich Drive, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48018, of the County of
Oakland, State of Michigan, Parties of the First Part, and an undivided one-half interest to
GEORGE BLOND as Trustee, or his successor or successors under a revocable Must
Agreement dated February i2, 1980, wherein GEORGE BLOND is the Grantor, and an
undivided one-half interest to HELEN BLOND as Trustee, or her successor or successors i
under a revocable Trust Agreement dated February 12, 1980, wherein HELEN BLOND is the
Grantor, of the County of Oakland in the State of Michigan, whose mailing address is 28036
Harwich Drive, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48018, as Parties of the Second Part.
WITNESSETH, that the said Parties of the First Part for and in consideration of the
sum of Love and other valuable consideration, to them in hand paid ~y the Parties of the

Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, and sold
to the said Parties of the Second Part, their heirs, successors and assigns forever, the ~ -
following described land, situated and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to
wit:
Unit Weeks 11, 12 and 13, in Condomitium C-11, consisting
of Apartment Number C-11, and its undivided share of the
common elements of Turtle Reef Condominiums 1 as such
is described in the amended Master Form Deed as recorded
in O. R. Book 256, Page 235.
