THIS EASEMENT made and entered into this 30th ~ day of July ,
1980, by and between CHARLES B. GATES, JR., PHILIP C. GATES, and C. BERNARD
GATES TRUST, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, to CHARLES B. GATES, JR.

as to an undivided Three-Eighths (3/8) interest, PHILIP C. GATES as to an
undivided Three-Eighths (3/8) interest, and C. BERNARD GATES TRUST as to an
undivided Two-Eighths (2/8) interest, hereinafter referred to as Grantee.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Grantor owns in fee a parcel of land described as follows,
to wit

39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.

WHEREAS, Grantee owns in fee an adjoining parcel of land described
as follows, to wit:
SE ; of the NW 4 and NE ; of the SW ; of Section 25, Township
34 South, Range 39 East,• St. Lucie County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar (1.00) paid by
Grantee to Grantor, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Grantor,
Grantor grants to Grantee, their heirs, assigns and personal representatives,
the free and uninterrupted use, liberty and privilege of and passage in and
' along the following described property, to wit:
I The South 30 feet of the N ~ of the NW 4 of Section 25,
l Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
for ingress, egress and regress~to and for Grantee, their heirs, assigns and
~ personal representatives at all times forever hereafter over and across
along and upon said described property, in comaan with Grantor, their heirs,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular, the privileges aforesaid to
Grantee, their heirs, assigns and personal representatives in common with
Grantor, their heirs, assigns and personal representatives as aforesaid.
