THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of ,
1979, by and between NICHOLS AND RONK, INC., a West Virginia
Corporation, party of the first part, and MELODY T. FARMS, INC.,
a West Virginia Corporation, party of the second part, whose
mailing address is P. O. Box 3073, Huntington, West Virginia 25702,
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and '
in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND OTHER
GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION to it in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
