SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT IN FORECLOSURE
This action was heard on Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary
Judgment, and it is
Ordered and Adjudged that:
1. Plaintiffs, WILLIAM E. ROGERS and RUBY B. ROGERS,
his wife, are due $14,200.00, as principal, $475.60 as interest
to date of this judgment, and $1,750.00 for attorneys' fees
with $39.00 court costs now taxed, under the note and mortgage
sued on in this action, for a total sum of $16,464.60.
2. Plaintiffs hold a lien for the total sum superior
to any claim or estate of the Defendant, EARLI:~1E ANDREWS, on
j the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
e Lot 5, Block 13, FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 39, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, -
Florida.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed

by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this

g judgment are not paid within three days from this date, the
Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale on
,r Tuesday, September 9, 1980, between 11:00 A.t~I. and 1:00 P.M.,

to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth below, at
~ the East door of the courthouse in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, in accordance with F.S. 45-031.
