ORDER AUTHORIZING PREJUDGMENT WRIT OF REPLEVIN
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the verified Complaint
for Replevin and request for issuance of a Prejudgment Writ of
Replevin filed by Plaintiff, INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CREDIT
CORPORATION. The Court having considered the verified Complaint,
having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND DIRECTED THAT:
1. Plaintiff is entitled to possession of the property
until-such time as the party's rights to the property are
determined.
2. The Clerk of the Circuit Court is hereby authorized

~ and directed to issue a Writ of Replevin in the form of Exhibit
"A" attached hereto in favor of Plaintiff, covering the property

described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto, upon the posting of
a bond b Plaintiff with the Clerk of this Court in the amount of

$60,000.00. Said Writ shall be forthwith delivered to the Sheriff
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
