MURPHY, JR., Husband - and JOANN MURPHY, Wife. , FINAL JUDGEMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause caane on for trial the 6th day of August, 1980, and the- Court having given full-consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction over the parties and of the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists be- tween the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PAUL 8. MURPHY, JA. . and JOANN MURPHY be and the,same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore i existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. JOINT DEBTS. The Husband, PAUL R. MURPHY, JR., shall i,e respon- i sible for all 3oint debts during the marital period, with the exception of l Sears and the mortgage payments on the marital home, for which the Wife, JOANN MURPHY shall be responsible. 3. MINOR CHILDREN. There have been no minor children born as issue of this marriage. 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties here- to is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. s k DONE AND ORDERED at Ft.
