CASE N0. 80-723-FR IN F.E: The marriage of - STANFORD HUNTER, Husband and i4ILDRED HUNTER, Wife. O R D E R THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before the Court on July 30th, and August 6th, 1980, and the Court having heard the testimony of the Husband and Wife, and of the witnesses, and the argument of counsel, and taking the matter under advisment, it is hereby ' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between STANFORD HUNTER and MILDRED HUNTER, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ~ -matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations f arising therefrom. I E 2. CUSTODY: Custody of CLIFTON JAMES HUNTER and STANFORD i ~ JOSEPH HUNTER is awarded to the Husband STANFORD HUNTER, subject to rights of visitation to the Wife MILDRED HUNTER. Q (.Lb- 3. VISITATION: The Wife shall have the right to have the children with her from 6:00 p.m. Friday until 6:00 p.m. Sunday L~'tS~~ 5 G~7' weellus an additional one-half day per week mutually agreed upon by the parties. The parties shall have custody of the children on ' alternate holidays, begining with the mother. In addition thereto, K the mother shall have the right of visitation for a period of six z weeks each summer $aid period will be mutually agreed upon by the a parties. During the six week period, the Husband shall pay the sum of $40.00 per week child support to the Wife. ~ 4.
