This cause having come before the Court on July 31, 1980
for a Nan-Jury Trial upon Respondent's Petition for Modification of
Final Judgment, and the Court having heard the testimony of the
witnesses, the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND AD.TidDGED:
1. Husband's Petition for Modification of Final Judgment
in regard to child custody is hereby denied and dismissed.
2. In view of~the fact that the former Wife is moving to
the State of Georgia to attend law school, Husband's visitation
privileges with the minor child, Bryce Glisson, are modified as fol-
lows:
a. Husband shall be entitled to one continuous week
of visitation with the minor child each month. Husband shall be
a
responsible for making the arrangements for said visitation and
~ bearing the expenses of same.
b. Husband shall be entitled to_visitation with the
~ minor child during the Christmas holidays of 1980. Thereafter, '
Husband shall have visitation with the minor child during the Christ-
~

3. The Court reserves jurisdiction to assess reasonable

attorney's fees and costs,, upon proper application, if appropriate.
