FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 7th day of August, 1980, .
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is,
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between ALFRED A. HAMM and BARBARA S.
HAMM be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each t
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. Custody of DONAL-D ANDELL HAMM and DENA ANNE HAMM, minor
children of the parties hereto, is hereby awarded to BARBARA S. HAMM,
~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to ALFRED A. HAMM.

` 3. The Wife and the minor children shall have the exclusive
' use and possession of the marital home, together with the furniture,
furnishings and appliances therein located on Glades Cut-Off Road in
St. Lucie County, Florida. The Husband shall make the monthly mortgage
payment thereon and pay the insurance and taxes when the same become
due and before they become delinquent.
4. The Husband shall convey his interest by appropriate
instrument to the 1978 Ford LTD automobile to the Wife including the
license plate subject to the outstanding lien thereon. The Wife is to
