The Wife, by appropriate instrument, shall convey her interest, if any, in the 1980 Ford Courier to the Husband, subject to the outstanding lien thereon. The Husband shall be responsible for and pay the outstanding lien thereon and save the Wife harmless therefrom. 6. The Husband, by appropriate instrument, shall make the Wife and the two (2) minor children above-named the irrecovable beneficiaries under policy certificate no: 114, number G190,000 ID190,017, account no: 0000, with maximum benefits in the amount of $29,000.00 so long as there are any payments to be made by the Husband pursuant to the Final Judgment in this cause. 7. The Husband, by appropriate instrument, shall make the Wife co-irrecovable beneficiary with the Husband on the two • (2) policies on the~life of the children with Jefferson Standard Life Insurance Company being policy number 3,084,720 dated June 1, 1978 and policy number 3,084,721 dated June 1, 1978. Each in the amount of $10,000.00. 8. The Husband shall be required to pay all medical, dental, hospital, optical and doctor bills pertaining to the minor children above-named. 9. The Husband shall be responsible for and pay for the E ~ higher education of either of the minor children above-named, if ~ they so desire to attend such institution. R 10. The Court finds that a reasonable attorney's fee for the Wife's attorney is $ and the Husband shall pay to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, attorney of record for the Wife, the sum of $ ~y together with the costs incurred by the Wife herein ~ in the amount of $42.50.
