FINALJUDCMENT
This cause caning on before the Court for changing the name
of the minor chi ]d from the name of LAUREN QUINN HENDERSHOT to .RAYMOND
QUINN HENDERSHOT, and the Court being fully advised therein, thereupon,
it is hereby
ORDERED:
1. That the name under which LAUREN QUINN HENDERSHOT has
been heretofore known, be and the same is hereby changed and he shall
be henceforth known as RAYMOND QUINN HENDERSHOT.

2. That the records of the State of Florida and all records

pertaining to the said RAYMOND QUINN HENDERSHOT, upon presentation of - -
this Order, be changed accordingly. •
